All expense paid weekend trip for two to Steamboat Springs, Colorado to see Keller in concert on April 7, 2012. The package includes roundtrip airfare for two to Steamboat, 3 nights slope-side accomodations, lift tickets for two for one day, and a morning of riding/skiing with Keller. ok let me re type that mmy key board must of been messed up but i think u got the point of it i would love to win that trip i am one of ur bigest fans i met u a few times at neson ledges in ohio and the brewing station one of my first festivals was haymaker in spotslvana va realy good show it had to be like 02 after that havent stoped going to shows and fest unfortinitly i havent been able to make alot cus of my finacial situation hopefully that will change soon but it would be sweet to meet u again i have one of ur picks thaat u used at brewing staion ur assistant gave me i would realy love to win but dont know what u have to do ur just enterd into a drwling or sommething realy hope to see u soon be sweet if i win but if not im saving money so i can make some fest this year much love man take it easy

At 7 months of age our precious son battled meningitis, to which he was left with bilateral hearing loss. In addition, he was left in a newborn state, having to relearn how to lift his head, sit up, crawl, walk, and function without his hearing. Fortunately, he was a candidate for Cochlear implants at just 9 months of age. Keller, who was a normal hearing child prior to meningitis, could once again hear. While it appears certain that the meningitis caused Keller’s hearing loss, it his highly speculative as to the cause of the other issues needing intervention. The other issues involve Keller’s motor skill development, non-verbal abilities, and social skills development. A diagnosis of Pervasive Developmental Disorder, a subset of Autism, was established by Developmental Pediatrics. This seems to be an accurate diagnosis since Keller was making no attempts at eye contact, would not participate in group activities, and continued to be non-verbal despite 18 months of intense speech therapy.
Keller is now an amazing 3 year old boy being treated for Pervasive Developmental Disorder. Keller also has overcome bilateral hearing loss and his adjustment to Cochlear Implants. He receives Applied Behavior Analysis therapy at Building Futures Autism Clinic in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He is currently thriving with many successes in language and behavior, thanks to the Autism Clinic. He has been in Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for just 8 months, and has already demonstrated amazing results. He is on his way to being a success story and providing hope for us and for the many children confronted with this situation. Keller is making huge strides in language and is now speaking over 60 words. He also participates in group activities with other children and makes eye contact with everyone he meets. He continues to amaze me with his progress and willingness to overcome his disabilities every single day. And - I suppose you know who he is named after<3
